Our earrings and necklaces can not be returned for hygiene reasons unless deemed faulty or damage. The item must be in it's original conditions. 

All exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

For Australian orders we will cover the cost of sending you the new item, however, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
